Before you begin listening to my introductory audio, please take a little time to create the correct environment for yourself in order to maximise the results.

  • Creating the right atmosphere. Choose a time and place that is suitable for you to relax for an hour or so. You must have complete privacy and will not be disturbed by anyone or anything during this session. Your phone should be switched off and there should be no alarms due to go off anywhere near you. No door bell ringing etc. The room could be a bedroom or a study, wherever you feel safe and comfortable. The room should have a bed or a couch that is comfortable for you. The temperature should be normal room temperature, not too warm, not too cold.
  • Wear comfortable clothing that is loose. The important point is that during the session you will not be distracted by what you’re wearing, or if you’re too hot or too cold.
  • When you are ready and have completed the above, put on your headphones/air pods and lie down in a comfortable position with your head slightly raised on a pillow or cushion.
